Most listened: Swallowed by the sea, ’till kindgom come, Green eyes, Warning sign- Coldplay, The Hands that built America-U2

Current longing: Destruction of WMA and WMP!!!

Hey guys, I’m officially over the hump. Of school work that is. :D But now I’m gearing up for another re-run to get a head start on the next load of tests and assignments. But I’ve had time to breathe so I’m in a fairly good mood. Well not really, I’m feeling relieved but axious about the next time it gets this busy. It just so happens that I picked up some PS brushes @ school today and just tried them out, strangly tho, PS CS2 actually would load the menus and everything just like it should. For the past few weeks its been taking ages to go to the menus and do stuff, simple easy stuff but when I tried it 5 minutes ago it works fine. Great, absolutely fantastic!

I’ve gotten some of results back from some of my tests, I unfortunately did really bad in 2 of them. Not cause I’m bad @ them, I tried my best but its just a flow of stuff really. One of them was a poorly written test where the questions were worth too many marks and things didn’t add up. The formulas are easy to mix up as well, I did that quite a bit. The other well yeah, get the first bit of a question wrong and you get no marks. So BS. Anyways for both subjects I’ve also handed up 2 fab assignments which should up the average a bit. :)

I also picked up one of those Rip it vouchers to download MP3s legally off the net, just t try it out. Well I am most definetly disappointed but am also most happy(only cause they had 3 songs that I love on the site there, yay!). Anyways what I was getting was not MP3 songs, it was WMA encrypted files!! If you know much about my hatred towards Windows Media Player and the terrible format that it brings with it Windows Media Audio then you would probably understand. So that sucks, I think that I’ll opt for the iTunes store, thank you very much.

BTW the songs were:

Corner of this Earth- Jamiroquai
Blow up the pokies-The Whitmans
Better days-Pete Murray

There’s 2 other things that I’d like to say but I can’t, both very exciting but yeah, ones confidential and the other I can hopefully reveal soon. But you’ll find out in the near future.

’till then chow!

Come as you are

March 8, 2006

Most listened: Anthem of the year 2000-Silverchair

Current longing: Time to catch up and relax

God, I wish this week would just end. I have never experience such busyness in my life as I am now. I’ve got a few assignments to do; IT database research assignment, Physics practical write up and Maths Studies assignment. It might not seem like much but its driven me around the bend. Last weekend was hectic as anything, working both days of the weekend I tried to get as much homework as I could on the Friday night. Then Chris and I had to help out at the China trip Quiz night, which we didn’t actually do as all of the technical work was done in 5 minutes and all of the tables were booked. So Chris and I left as it started. Which gave us 5hrs to work on our heavy load of homework and assignments. I’ve been busting my gut at the IT and Physics assignments from the Saturday thru to Wednesday when the draft was finished for Physics. Having spent all that time I have a heap of Maths to catch up on, made harder by missing out on 2 study lessons thanks to sports day trials. I have pushed beyond anything and although I’ve been working so hard on my Physics(did I mention that we have a Physics test on Friday?) I have about a weeks worth of Maths to do! IT is okay as we are only really doing the assignment in class. I am very fortunate to have a saving grace. This weekend is a 3 day weekend and our Maths Studies test has been pushed back to the Tuesday. I’m gonna have another hard slog this Thursday(we miss the last 2 lessons as we have an 1.5 lessons @ the start of the day) and throughout the weekend. Then after that I’ll be over the mountain and the assignments would have eased up and then I’ll try to be a bit more prepared. Man I wish this year was over already.

There’s also been so much going on recently, its like everything has come at once. Man I would have never expected it.
