Current longing: The end

So far but yet, so close. At least I am through the bulk of the year. Just have the trial exams in a bit over a week and then the holidays, followed by 3 weeks of revision, final exams and then year 12 is finished.

Things are lining up so that once the final exam is finished then lots of great things will be coming at once. My friends birthday is a few days after the final exam, Jamiroquai greatest hits comes out(the new single is meant to be fabulous) and hopefully the Wii shall see an Australian release by the end of the year. That last one will be announced tommorow.

I finished all of my assignments about a week ago. I have received a maths specialist assignment which I’ll do on the holidays as well as some kinda Flash assignment that we are meant to be getting. Next week I also have 2 oral presentations. A Phyiscs and a Chinese, both for the in depth assignments so they are pretty big. I’m feeling good for both. The Physics one has a sweet Flash presentation. I haven’t made anything decent with Flash for years and now that I have its great, I have the skills to pursue it as a career but I would rather not at this stage.

Just gotta push thru revision yet. God I just can’t wait for it all to be over. Well gotta sleep seeya.

Most listened: Dynamite – Jamiroquai

Current longing: The great unknown

Every now and then I think about if it is really worth me to keep on doing what I do. You see I am one of those people that strongly stands up for what they believe in. I speak my mind and try and oppose the ignorance of others.

I don’t mean to sound superior to others or anything like that( mutual respect is the way to go people) but I tell ya its a tough act to keep up. Especially when you are a minority. I often ask myself if it is really worth it? Why don’t I just be like every other joe out there and not give a rats. It is worth it because as corny as it sounds its for the good of mankind. If everyone was against the ignorances in society and opened their eyes to the real troubles in the world then I assure you we would be reaping the rewards which we have sowed for ourselves.

Someone has to stand up for whats right or else no one will and problems will still occur.

In other matters of an absurdly similar kind, I have had this idea in my head that I want to continue learning as much as I can. Once I finish school I want to continue my habbit about learning about the world. I am unsure why but I think that its important that I continue to quench my thirst for learning.

Man I really ought to get into some of the older funk stuff, I just love it! So funky!

Be sure to check out my new Fierce Diety piece on dA.

Most listened: Return of the Space Cowboy-Jamiroquai

Current longing: More knowledge of stuff that interests me

Just a quick update. Just trying to organise things for a while.

Trial exams start in 3 weeks. We are wrapping up the course work for the year. Finished Physics, one chapter in Maths Studies, two chapters in Maths Specialist, the IT course goes a bit longer because we have no exams just a skills test and theres not much left in Chinese. So I should have plenty of time to revise and also have some fun.

I am fairly on top of things ATM which is just great. Its just a matter of waiting out the rest of the year. I’m not really focused on going out much until school is over. I always have heaps of homework and work on the weekends, plus its so hard to arrange stuff with everyone being so busy ATM. Once school is over though, I will have plenty of time for that and people seem pretty keen to wanna do stuff on the holidays. Plus I am so exhausted by the time the weekend comes around, I just need a break.

Since I have some free time this weekend, I’m gonna do some spring cleaning. Make sure everything is tweaked and set to go. So that I don’t have to majorly annoy myself with preparing for the holidays when it is the holidays.

I have sorted out my RSS feeds and watched one of my martial arts films for my Chinese in depth. So I am pretty happy with my progress.

BTW try sticking www.danielprimed.com into your browser. Cool eh? I’ll get the wordpress system up soon…enough.
