Most listened: A Funk Odyssey(whole CD)-Jamiroquai, Better Days-Pete Murray and Blow up the Pokies-The Whitmans

Current longing: To fully memorize the lyrics to Corner of this Earth(almost there)

If you know me well enough then you don’t need to ask how I’m feeling ATM. Just check out my most played. Mega happy!(Funk Odyssey ;) )

Very wholesome week this week and in every aspect. As I said to my friend Charlie on Monday morning last weekend was ok but the upcoming one will be much better. I knew it from the outset.

I’ve managed to get on top on my school work fairly well. Mainly maths, I know the whole Maths studies chapter that we just finished completed mastered, I’m missing a few bits and bobs from Specialist though but I’m looking into it and getting help on it. Worked heaps on Physics and am slowly progressing. Got a great Chinese piece ready to go and nothing new in IT.

I made my best signature as well which is great, finally got around to using a great Jay render. We have a huge amount of updates this week for the site this week. I myself have done 2 excellent sig packs, one PSD and one PNG and 2 PS tutorials. All to a good standard. Beyond me we have our first PHP tut which is pretty in depth, a short story and prolly a small Gimp tutorial. Then there’s another God War and Fanthrope chapter on the way, a few more things that are classified. I also have another template which I finished weeks ago and that Winamp skin. I could prolly do another brush set soon enough.

Had a good weekend, I’ll start from Friday as its close enough. We started the GTO marathon @ school which was great. DVD PowerPlay was playing up a bit but it all worked out in good time. I had finished the PSD sig pack on Thursday night and since I didn’t have much homework/revision I decided to watch Totoro on the laptop as Chris picked it up last week. It was an ok film, a bit pointless and not as piles of super cute Studio Gibli creatures as I would have liked but it was a nice film. Finished my Chinese that night.

On Saturday I had work from 9-1 in the morning, once I finished I had lunch with Alysha who I haven’t seen since last year. We had small small homemade style pizzas for lunch, man my pizza was nice. Although it started to get cold cause we were talking so much. Then we did a bit of shopping, saw John over @ Target. Lol that was pretty funny. Had a browse @ a few different stores. They actually had some good prices on some Jamiroquai CDs at Sanity. I was so pleased they had the 2 cds that I most wanted; A funk Odyssey and Dynamite Australian Tour edition. Also picked up How to dismantle an atomic bomb by U2, I had a ripped version from the library before, I was just waiting for a good price. They were all $20 each. They had Atomic Bomb for $15 @ Big W with a cool case. :( It was so great to catch up with her. I’ll try and do it more often later on.

When I got home I rang my Uncle, did some Maths which I blitzed and went on the net a bit. Updated my skins.be collection, sorted out my feeds(finally!), advertised the site and got some video for Daxter. That game looks pretty fun to me. Just the game I’m after ATM. After reading into an argument from a Gamedev.net article on the Revolution and PS3(it was in the comments on an article). Since reading it something hit me. I’ve decided not to pick up a PS3, its too expensive, doesn’t bring anything new to the table and isn’t worth the hassle. The media PC components seems useless as all of my music and pictures is already on the laptop and in widescreen. I also don’t want a new TV that supports HDTV or a surround sound system when I could be keeping on top of my anime and music instead. I’m still intrested in a PSP but not a PS3. Saying this I am so apt for the Revolution, where the 360 and PS3 want to have online music, video and some shitty arcade games for downloads the Revolution will have an incredible amount of older games and more, maybe even movies and music or indie games(similar to the 360 Arcade). Games that didn’t get an Australian release, yay! +Megadrive games as well. Where Sony and MS are trying to make their consoles the entertainment hubs of the household, Nintendo are trying to make the Revolution the gaming hubs of the household. W00ters!

On the Sunday Chris found out that Matt was gonna see V for Vendetta with his brother so I tagged along and saw it with them. Haven’t seen Matt for a while, talked to him on the net but I haven’t seen him since the end of the holidays. They were late to the movie and we missed the first 2 minutes of it. :( The movie was great, best movie I’ve seen in a while. The theme is what I’m into, manipulated thru the media.

Just been home finishing the 2 PS tutorials and Maths. What a great week.

Few small things that bugged me, being that I had a sore throat from talking so much and Thursday was a complete waste with sports day. I was meant to help out with the China trip but I couldn’t as we had to wait ’till 1/2hr before I left to start. Met Garrion’s girlfriend though.

Hope the upcoming week is just as good if not better. Probably be doing stuff for the China trip and more school work. I gotta ask someone out as well, Alysha reckons that we are a cute match and that she’ll say yes. I agree, we get on really well. I’ll do it this week as I have to do it before the trip.

Keep chilling and check out the site updates. Any comments/concerns email me @ danielprimed@gmail.com seeyaz!
