There is a phrase that I say to myself and others when the appropriate time occurs. It is usually based around me referring the God as the man in the big white castle in the sky and when saying so including something about him having a sense of humor or testing me.

I say this after a fine example of something that happens which is perhaps too convenient. This whole year to me seems as though its one large test, that I am constantly being pinned downed by convenient circumstances that come at convenient times. From the start of the year with my programming woes from my woes of late. I have lost count of the trials that have conveniently popped up.

I have learnt that the Chinese courses aren’t very helpful on learning about the language and are really useless unless bundled with some other course. The advice from the Chinese forum that I post to was that I should do Chinese as a minor and do something else then move into Chinese from the other job option. So that means that I need to figure out what to do now. Tried programming and Chinese, now I need to find something else.

When seeing the Sace co-ordinator as mentioned in a previous entry he gave us a book with all of last years courses, details and requirements, so I’ll prolly go thru the book and see what I could do. Since my TER score is meant to be quite high it means that I have plenty of options.

I’ll tell you how it goes.
