Sessions Revisited

November 28, 2005

Exams are over for the year! Which is excellent news, the start of the Christmas holidays. Did I mention that things are falling into place? Well they are and falling at the right time in the best place.

The exams were okay and slightly surprising. Maths B wasn’t that difficult, I think that I did okay with that one which is good as I’ve been trying so hard at it. Physics was bizarrely quite straight forward, did well with that one I think. IT was pretty messed up, they made a few big boo boos which kinda put me off the exam a bit. Almost got the exam cut in half because of network failures which were resolved. I did mixed with IT. Maths A which was on today I found in a triffle challenging but so many other people said that it was easy. Beats me I really couldn’t be too fussed about it though.

After Maths A I said my goodbyes to a few people which was kinda heart warming. Said my last goodbye to Nanami the Japanese exchange student, Chris and I got a picture with her about 2 weeks ago so that’s alright. Might get it up in the pictures section soon enough, just gotta con some friends into saying yes and the album will be chockas.

Last weekend Chris won a game at the LPC which is a lan, games tournament event which we go to. It was Hulk Ultimate Destruction for Gamecube which I’m really lapping up, Its such a fine game. Probably because its got s similar structure to the GTA series. That’s another thing that I gotta pick up some GTA games for PC. Chris and 2 other friends went in, I had to work.:( Supposively they all had a great time and wanna go again which is good. Next one is next year which should be good. Chris won Hulk for coming 2nd in a Mario Kart DD comp, which is so humiliating because Chris has nothing on me in Mario Kart. Oh well.

It was cool after the Maths A exam, saying bye to people. Its also great as my close friends were all in the same place. Some of them on NRX which was great, got another friend onto NRX which is nice. Like the others he seems to be enjoying it there. Then we left to the train station and had some great conversation going. Once we got closer to home I popped in the local library and told them that we’d be back for doing some volunteering over the holidays, also picked up U2 How to dismantle an anotic bomb and Massive Attack 11 Promos(DVD). Massive Attack are just plain weird, I think that I’ll give them a miss. U2 is good, oh and there coming to Adelaide in March! When browsing the library the Live version of Yellow by Coldplay came on the TV which helped continue to push the streak.

Found out my work hrs when I got home. I didn’t even ask for any extra hrs or mention that schools finished and I got 16hrs which is fantastic. Got my holidays hrs sorted out as well which is great. I also got a call from John, he wants to head into Adelaide soon so we’ll go in a few days. Therefore I can pick up Accelerated C++. Kerching.

Sool good at this end, all good.
